Send enquiries and attachments directly by email or WhatsApp. We receive only the information you choose to send through those channels.
We use the information to discuss the requested project, prepare quotes and samples, coordinate production and delivery, maintain business records and respond to related questions.
Website Operation and Third-Party Services
The current website does not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Enquiries and attachments are handled through email or WhatsApp rather than collected on this website.
The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time, to deliver and protect the website. Email and WhatsApp are separate services; their own privacy terms apply when you use them. WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
When Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared with service providers or project partners where needed to communicate with you, produce packaging, arrange delivery, meet a legal obligation or protect our services. For example, a delivery address may be needed by a shipping provider. We do not sell personal information or provide it to other companies for their independent marketing.
