Do you ship to multiple offices?
Provide the quantity, address, deadline and receiving restrictions for every office. Request a split-delivery plan with responsibilities, packing format and any charges stated separately. Do not assume that one quoted delivery covers multiple locations or recipient-level distribution.
Can each recipient's name appear?
Personalisation can be discussed once the name list, artwork method and quantities are defined. Confirm proof approval, sorting and the treatment of late changes before committing to a fixed event date.
What is the MOQ?
