Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Custom packaging orders start at 500 pcs per design and size. The range includes magnetic rigid boxes, mailers, drawer boxes, paper tubes, foldable magnetic boxes, paper bags and lid-and-base rigid boxes. List the quantity for each design and size so the team can confirm the complete order scope. Tissue paper is specified separately in sheets.

Do you accept orders from small brands or startups?

Yes. A first order can start at 500 pcs. Share the expected launch quantity and likely reorder volume so the structure, finish and packing can be assessed against a realistic budget.

Can I order multiple box types in one order?

Yes. List each box type, size, design and quantity as a separate line in one enquiry. The team can review the items together and confirm whether combined production and shipment arrangements suit the project.

Is there a discount for large quantity orders?

Setup and tooling costs are spread over more units as quantity increases. Request comparable quotes at 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 pcs using the same dimensions, materials, finish and packing. The saving depends on that specification; a fixed discount percentage should not be assumed.

Do I need to commit to an order to get a quote?

No. Requesting a quotation does not place an order. Free design support and a 3D mockup help review the project; physical sample charges, revisions and any production deposit are confirmed separately before you proceed.

Customization

What can I customize on my packaging?

Discuss box size and shape, paper colour and texture, CMYK or Pantone print, foil, UV, embossing, soft-touch finish, lining, ribbon pull, magnetic closure, handles and insert shape or density. Check compatibility on the actual structure rather than assuming every combination will work.

What finishing options are available?

Options include matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination; gold, silver, rose-gold and holographic foil; embossing and debossing; spot UV; aqueous coatings; textured wrap; and pearlescent or metallic paper. Combined finishes, such as soft-touch, foil and spot UV, should be sampled together to check adhesion, registration and handling marks.

Do you match Pantone colors?

Provide the Pantone code or physical brand swatch, then approve the colour on the selected paper and finish. Agree the proof method, viewing conditions and acceptable tolerance before production; different substrates and coatings can change the result.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

AI, vector PDF and EPS are preferred for sharp print, foil and embossing artwork. PSD, PNG and JPG can be reviewed; raster images should generally be at least 300 dpi at the final print size. If a logo needs redrawing, confirm the scope with the team before sampling.

What size boxes can you make?

Planning references extend from about 5 × 5 × 3 cm to 60 × 50 × 30 cm, with larger projects subject to structural review. Provide the product dimensions, weight and intended opening method. The final size must allow for the insert, board, wrap and product removal.

Can I get a design mockup before I place an order?

Yes. Free design support and a 3D mockup help review your logo, colour direction and preferred structure. Send the product dimensions and artwork or reference images; the team will confirm the design scope and timing.

Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

If you need confidentiality terms, request an NDA before sending sensitive design files. Discuss the agreement with the team by email or WhatsApp; checking a preference in an enquiry does not by itself create a signed agreement.

Sampling

Can I get a physical sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Review size, finish, colour, structure and product retention on a physical sample. Samples usually take 3–5 days after structure and artwork approval. Courier time is additional and depends on the destination and service selected.

Is the sample free?

Free design support and a digital mockup are separate from physical sample production. Confirm the sample fee, tooling, courier charge and any credit against a later order in writing before sampling. The cost depends on materials, print, inserts and finishing.

Can I request changes after seeing the sample?

Yes. Send one consolidated revision list with annotated photos, identifying what to change and what to keep. Separate a fit problem from a new design preference, and confirm any effect on the sample fee, tooling and schedule before another sample is made. Approve an identified final revision rather than several partially approved versions.

Do you keep stock samples I can request without customization?

Ask which existing blank or finished samples are available for reviewing materials and construction. Confirm the sample and courier cost. A reference sample can help compare finishes, but a custom structure still needs a sample made to your product specification.

Production

What are the standard lead times?

Physical samples usually take 3–5 days after structure and artwork confirmation. Bulk production normally takes 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, construction, materials, finishes and packing. For suitable fully confirmed projects, fastest dispatch may be about 7 days; check availability rather than planning an order around an assumed rush schedule.

Will I receive updates during production?

Discuss the updates required for your order and the preferred email or WhatsApp contact. Useful checkpoints include materials, print proof, cutting, assembly, inspection and final packing. Agree the frequency and evidence needed before production starts.

What is your quality control process?

Use the approved sample and written specification to define the checks. Review incoming materials, colour proof, first formed pieces, assembly consistency and final packing. Check dimensions, logo position, surface condition, glue marks, closure, insert fit and export cartons as relevant to the structure.

Can I visit the factory?

Contact us to discuss a visit to the Dongguan factory or a remote walkthrough. State the packaging type and production stages you want to review, then agree a suitable appointment and scope.

Shipping & FBA

Do you ship worldwide?

We support international packaging projects. Send the destination country and delivery address for a shipping review, including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Middle East or Southeast Asia where relevant. Route availability, documentation and delivery responsibilities are confirmed for each order.

What are the shipping options and transit times?

Compare sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight and express courier services such as DHL or FedEx. General planning examples are 18–30 days by sea, 3–7 days by air and 2–4 days by express, but these are not route quotations or delivery guarantees. Confirm the current route, dispatch date, customs allowance and final delivery scope with the forwarder.

Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Provide the assigned warehouse, marketplace, FNSKU or other labels, carton requirements and any poly-bag or prep instructions. The team can review the packaging and delivery scope against those requirements. Confirm acceptance and the current warehouse instructions before shipment.

Who handles customs and import duties?

Confirm the named delivery term and place in the quotation, including who arranges customs clearance, duties, taxes and destination handling. Ask which documents your importer needs before dispatch. A freight figure without a delivery basis does not establish which party is responsible for those charges.

Quality & After-Sales Policy

What happens if my order arrives with quality issues?

Keep the goods and packing evidence, then contact the team with the order reference, affected quantity, carton labels and clear photos or video. Identify whether the concern is fit, finish, count or transport damage and compare it with the approved specification. The team can review the evidence and applicable written order terms; do not discard affected goods before the review is agreed.

What is your accepted defect rate (AQL)?

Agree the inspection standard, lot size, inspection level, defect categories and acceptance plan before production. An AQL value alone does not define the sample size or acceptance number and is not a guarantee of the defect rate of every shipment. Record the plan and result for the actual production lot.

Are your materials food-safe and EU/US compliant?

Identify the product, destination and whether any component touches unpackaged food. The board, ink, coating, liner, adhesive and insert need to be assessed for that use. Request reports matching the actual material and requirement; a paper sourcing certificate or a general factory test does not cover every finished package.

Can I get a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) done by a third party?

Discuss an inspection by your selected provider, such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, before the shipment is scheduled. Agree access, inspection scope and the acceptance plan. A planning estimate of $200–$350 may help allocate a budget, but obtain the actual fee directly from the inspection company.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Confirm the available payment method and beneficiary details in the written quotation. If your purchasing process requires T/T, PayPal or a letter of credit, state that at enquiry stage so availability, fees and conditions can be reviewed before an order is agreed.

What are the payment terms?

The written order should state the deposit, balance, payment milestones and conditions for dispatch. Confirm these with the team before sending payment; repeat-order credit terms require a separate written agreement.

In what currency do you invoice?

State whether your purchasing team needs USD, EUR, GBP or CNY. The quotation and invoice should identify the agreed currency, payment method and any applicable charges.

Technical Capabilities

What is the smallest and largest box you can make?

Use approximately 5 × 5 × 3 cm and 60 × 50 × 30 cm as size references for discussion, not universal production limits. Very small or large boxes require a review of panel strength, closure, insert and manufacturing tolerances before approval.

Do you offer eco-friendly / sustainable packaging options?

Discuss FSC paper sourcing, recycled-content board, uncoated kraft, paperboard or pulp inserts, and suitable ink and coating options. If a soy-based, water-based, biodegradable or plastic-free claim matters, request evidence for the exact material and complete construction. Local collection and disposal conditions also affect what can be claimed.

Can you print barcodes, QR codes, or variable data?

Supply the final code artwork and confirm what it must link to or identify. Check readability on the selected paper after printing and finishing, in its actual panel position. Variable serials or names need a separate process and data review; a scannable static sample does not validate an entire changing data set.

What board thicknesses are available for rigid boxes?

Reference thicknesses include 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 mm. A 2 mm board can be a starting point for some magnetic boxes, but the final choice depends on span, load and construction. Confirm the board grade and measured thickness rather than treating a gsm value as a fixed thickness conversion.

Do you offer 3D rendering or structural dieline services?

Free design support and 3D mockups help review the proposed structure and artwork. Agree the dieline scope, dimensions, fold and glue areas and artwork zones with the team. A render supports visual review; the approved physical sample defines fit and finish.
