360° Printed Paper Tubes for Product Presentation
Separate the product fit from the opening fit. The product may need a base support or collar even when the tube wall is close, while a telescoping lid needs enough engagement to stay seated without being difficult to remove. Artwork crossing the wrap seam needs a deliberate join position. Metal, wood, window and paper ends change both appearance and the material combination, so compare the complete construction rather than describing every paper tube as mono-material.
Test insertion and removal with the filled product. Inspect cap engagement, rim edges, base attachment and the printed seam. Where the tube surrounds food or scented products, assess the actual liner and closure instead of assuming the outer paper provides a barrier.
Our tubes are spiral-wound from rigid paperboard (not flimsy single-ply card), so the wall holds its shape, resists denting in transit, and gives a reassuring weight in hand. Ends are configured to your product: snug paperboard lids, brushed-metal caps, clear PET windows, or shoulder-and-neck telescoping closures.
Confirm the proposed tube-body, wrapping and end-attachment process for the order. Inspect the wrap join, end fit and artwork registration on the finished sample before selecting additional foil, embossing or a tear-strip opening.

What is a cylinder tube box made of?
Our cylinder tubes are spiral-wound from rigid paperboard (1.2mm–2.5mm wall), then wrapped with your printed art paper or kraft. This makes a sturdy, dent-resistant round box — far stronger than single-ply card tubes — with paperboard, metal, wood or window end caps.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom tube packaging?
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs for a custom diameter with full 360° wrap printing. Approve a physical sample before ordering the 500-piece production minimum.
Can tube boxes be food-grade for tea, coffee or supplements?
Discuss the actual contents separately: tea, coffee, supplements and bath salts have different requirements. Select and qualify the liner for its intended use, and test the assembled tube, seams and closure where aroma or moisture protection is needed.
Do you offer eco-friendly / recyclable paper tubes?
A paperboard tube and paperboard ends can support a reduced-plastic design. Confirm liner, coating and adhesive composition and local collection rules for the completed tube; water-based coating and FSC sourcing do not alone establish recyclability.
