What Perfume Packaging Needs to Solve
Perfume bottles are often glass, heavy and visually central to the product. A perfume box should hold the bottle in the right position, protect the finished surface and make the product easy to remove.

Perfume bottle capacity does not give enough packaging information. A 50 ml or 100 ml bottle can have a very different shape, cap height, shoulder width and filled weight.
We recommend sending a physical bottle or accurate product sample when possible. If the bottle cannot be sent, a detailed drawing and filled weight are still important.
Insert Depth and Bottle Support
Insert depth decides how much of the bottle is supported and how much is visible when the box opens. If the insert is too shallow, the bottle can move. If it is too deep, the product may look hidden or be hard to remove.

Side Gap and Movement Control
Side gap is the space between the bottle and insert or box wall. Too much side gap allows movement. Too little side gap makes packing difficult and may press against the bottle or label.
