Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using the LuxoPacks website and communicating with LuxoPacks about custom packaging projects.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry or communicating with us about packaging, you agree to use the website and information in a lawful and reasonable manner.

These terms apply to website use, quote requests, product information, artwork files, logo files, sample discussions and general business communication related to custom packaging.

Website Information

The information on this website is provided to help visitors understand custom packaging options, including paper boxes, rigid boxes, folding cartons, mailer boxes, paper bags, paper tubes, inserts, materials, printing, finishing and production steps.

Website content is not a final technical specification, production agreement or confirmed production outcome. Final project details must be confirmed in writing for each order.

Quote Requests

When you send a quote request, LuxoPacks may review your product details, size, quantity, artwork, material needs and delivery information to prepare a response.

Any quote, estimate or suggestion may depend on product size and weight, packaging structure, quantity, material selection, printing, finishing, inserts, accessories, sample requirements, packing method, delivery country, current production conditions and document requirements.

A quote request does not create a final order by itself. Order details, pricing, payment, production scope, sample approval, delivery arrangements and any project-specific terms should be confirmed separately in writing.

Project Information Provided by You

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your packaging project, including product measurements, product weight, photos, quantity, packaging goal, artwork files, logo files, material preferences, finishing requirements, insert needs, delivery country, schedule and any market or document requirements.

If product size, artwork, quantity, material, delivery requirements or other details change after quotation or sample approval, pricing, timing and production feasibility may also change.

Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

If you send logos, artwork, product images, brand elements, drawings or other files, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials for your packaging project.

You are responsible for checking spelling, claims, barcode information, label text, product information, regulatory wording and any market-specific statements used on the packaging.

LuxoPacks may use submitted files only as needed to discuss, sample, produce or support the packaging project, unless separate permission is given for another use.

Samples and Approvals

Custom packaging samples help confirm size, structure, material, logo position, insert fit and general appearance before bulk production.

Before approving a sample, you should check product fit, size, structure, material, paper feel, printing, color direction, logo position, finishing, insert fit, opening, closing, paper bag or accessory pairing and any written notes.

If you approve a sample, LuxoPacks may use that sample and written notes as a reference for bulk production. Changes requested after sample approval may affect cost, schedule, material use or feasibility.

Production Timing

Sample and production timelines may be discussed during the project, but timing depends on confirmed structure, artwork, material availability, finishing process, quantity, inspection needs and delivery plan.

Incomplete product information, artwork revisions, material sourcing, special finishing, multiple sample rounds, buyer approval timing, holidays, shipping method, destination and document requirements may affect timing. Any timeline shared before final project confirmation should be treated as an estimate unless stated otherwise in writing.

Product and Packaging Results

Custom paper packaging is made through material, printing, finishing, forming and assembly processes. Reasonable production tolerances may occur in size, color, paper texture, finishing position or assembly.

The approved sample and written project notes should be used as the main reference for production expectations. If a detail is critical, it should be clearly stated before sample approval and bulk production.

Materials, Finishing and Availability

Materials and finishing options shown on the website are examples of possible custom packaging choices. Availability may depend on project requirements, supplier conditions, quantity, timing and production feasibility.

If a specific material, finish, certificate, test report or document is required, it should be discussed before quotation, sampling or bulk production.

Third-Party Services and Shipping

Packaging projects may involve third-party services or business partners, such as shipping providers, payment services, logistics partners, material suppliers or testing providers.

LuxoPacks is not responsible for third-party delays, service interruptions, customs actions, import requirements or destination-country rules unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buyers are responsible for confirming import rules, product labeling requirements, retailer requirements and market-specific requirements that apply to their products.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or its communication channels. You should not submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content for misleading use, use the website for unlawful activity, send spam or interfere with website operation.

LuxoPacks may restrict access or communication if the website, forms or communication channels are misused.

Text, images, page structure, graphics, product descriptions, case study content and other website materials may belong to LuxoPacks or third-party rights holders. You may view website content for normal business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish or use website content in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Customer Project Materials

Artwork, product photos, brand files or confidential project materials submitted by customers should be used for project communication, sampling and production support. LuxoPacks should not publish customer project materials as public marketing content unless permission is given or the project has been separately approved for public display.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, LuxoPacks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses related to website use, delays, project communication or reliance on general website information. Project-specific responsibilities, remedies, replacement terms, refund terms or liability limits should be confirmed in the written order terms for the actual project.

No Professional Advice

Website content and packaging suggestions are provided for general product packaging discussion. They are not legal, regulatory, tax, import, safety or compliance advice. Buyers are responsible for confirming product label requirements, regulatory text, import rules, retailer requirements, market compliance, product safety claims, environmental claims, barcode details and product information accuracy.
