Receive It Flat
The empty box is packed flat for delivery and storage. Surface protection and carton packing should prevent rubbing, bent panels and damaged corners.
Open the Panels
Lift the base and side panels along the prepared folds without forcing the wrapped paper or twisting the rigid-board sections.
Secure the Box Shape
Fix the corners and side walls according to the approved construction. Check that the walls stand straight and the base sits flat.
Pack and Close
Add the insert and product, then close the magnetic lid. Product height must leave enough clearance for an even closure.

A foldable box must move easily while flat and stand square after assembly. The folds, corner construction and wrapped paper work together, so small errors can become visible when the box is formed.
