What You Can Specify
Decide whether to support bare containers or their retail cartons. Bare glass can show the range clearly but needs suitable contact surfaces; cartons simplify some layouts while adding size. Keep pumps and droppers clear of the lid, and place heavier jars where the tray can support them without flexing. If one outer box serves several sets, document a separate insert revision for every non-identical product family.
Pack the filled containers and lift the heaviest item first. Check whether adjacent products move, whether labels rub and whether the tray remains seated. A visually tidy cavity arrangement is not evidence that closures will remain leak-free.

Can the insert hold bottles, jars and tubes together?
Yes. Each cavity is cut to the item, so a dropper bottle, a cream jar, a tube and a tool can sit in one insert. Send the dimensions or sample products and we lay out the insert on a 3D mock-up before the sample.
Ivory or kraft?
The ivory rigid box suits premium and gift ranges; minimum 500 pcs per design and size and typically 15–25 days bulk production. The natural kraft box suits sustainable beauty brands; minimum 500 pcs and typically 15–25 days for production after sample approval. Both take a foil logo.
Which insert material should I choose?
Paperboard inserts keep the box paper-based and suit lighter products. EVA foam holds glass bottles more firmly. A fabric-covered insert looks more premium. We suggest one from your products and shipping method.
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per design and size for the ivory rigid box, 500 pcs for the kraft box. A physical sample takes 3–5 days.
Do you fill the boxes with products?
No. We make and ship the empty boxes and inserts; products are packed at your site or fulfilment centre.
