What You Can Specify
Separate body support, base support and clearance around the pump or cap. A heavy cap can change balance; a square shoulder can catch during removal; decorative glass may not tolerate pressure where an insert appears convenient. If a travel spray shares the box, give it a defined cavity rather than treating the remaining space as a universal accessory compartment.
Close the complete pack and remove the bottle repeatedly. Check pressure on the pump, cap clearance, glass contact marks and whether the tray releases with the bottle. Treat leakage and dangerous-goods shipping requirements separately from presentation approval.

Perfume Box with Bottle Insert FAQ
How is the insert sized to my bottle?
From your bottle drawing or a sample bottle, including the cap. The cavity follows the bottle's outline so it sits firmly without pressing on the cap or spray head.
Satin, EVA or paperboard insert?
A satin-covered insert gives the classic luxury look. EVA foam holds heavy glass most firmly. Paperboard keeps the box paper-based. All three are quoted from the same box size.
Can one box hold a bottle and a travel atomizer?
Yes. A second cavity can hold a travel atomizer, discovery vials or a card next to the main bottle.
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per design and size. A physical sample takes 3–5 days and bulk production typically 15–25 days after sample approval.
Do you supply the bottles?
No. We make the box and insert; bottles and caps come from your own supplier.
