Brand Wardrobe
Coordinate Apparel Boxes, Bags and Tissue
Build the range around repeatable packing families rather than one box for every garment. Separate bulky knitwear, easily creased pieces and small accessories, then measure each in its intended fold. A shared exterior can simplify brand presentation, but too much empty space shifts work into tissue and packing labour. Retail bags need a carried-load review, while ecommerce mailers need a closure and return plan. Matching colour across these substrates also needs physical references rather than one screen approval.
Run a packing trial with the smallest and largest folds in each proposed family. Inspect snag points, tissue handling and the garment's condition after removal. For returns, check whether a customer can close the pack again without forcing the garment into a distorted fold.
Compare flat-supplied and assembled constructions using actual carton data and local packing labour. Confirm tooling ownership, storage and reuse terms for later drops; no fixed freight saving or stored-tooling service is assumed.
Details fashion teams notice: snag-safe interiors for knits, breathable builds for natural fibres, and wax-seal options for the runway-mail look.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can box, tissue and bag all match?
Use a common physical colour reference, but approve each paper, tissue and ribbon separately. Surface, opacity and coating can change the appearance; the accepted range should be defined across the finished components rather than guaranteed by a shared Pantone number.
How do you protect delicate knits?
Specify covered internal edges, suitable tissue and an agreed garment fold, then pack the real knit or silk. Inspect loops, embroidery and surface marks after insertion and removal; do not qualify the interior from an empty-box photograph.
Is there a cheaper-freight option at volume?
It may reduce inbound volume, but the saving depends on the complete packing configuration, destination and assembly work. Compare measured data and freight quotations for the same quantity.
Can we rotate colourways per drop?
A retained structure may suit later drops, but confirm the new paper, print, quantity and sample scope. Tooling ownership, storage, reuse and any charges must be stated in the quotation; changing colour is not automatically a print-only cost.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs per design and size for boxes and for bags; itemise both components in the brief.
