Size the Box from the Folded Garment

Set one repeatable folding method before deciding the internal dimensions. A hoodie compressed for a sizing photograph may expand enough to lift the lid; a loose scarf may slide despite fitting the same footprint. Separate the fold allowance from tissue overlap and any card pocket. If several garment sizes share one outer box, qualify the largest packed fold and decide how smaller sizes will be restrained without crushing them.

Pack the intended garment and tissue, close the box, then remove and refold it several times. Inspect exposed corners against embroidery and knit loops. Record which fold, garment size and tissue arrangement were approved; a smooth empty box alone cannot establish a snag-free pack.

The tissue system is part of the design: colour-matched sheets pre-folded to the box, sealed with your branded sticker. Interiors are smooth-lined with no exposed board edges to catch loops or silk. The magnetic lid opens flat for the reveal shot.

How do you size boxes for clothing?

Send the folded-garment dimensions (or the garment itself) — we cut the box to that spec so the fold can't shift or collapse in transit.

Will the interior snag knitwear or silk?

Specify a smooth lining and covered edges, then test the actual knit, silk or embroidery against the finished sample. Review snag points after packing and removal rather than treating a lining description as a guarantee.

Do you supply matching tissue and seal stickers?

Yes, colour-matched tissue arrives pre-folded to the box footprint with printed seal stickers, keeping packing-line output identical.

Is there a lower-freight option for volume?

A collapsible option may reduce inbound storage or shipping volume. Compare the complete carton dimensions, packed quantities, freight quote and local assembly work for your order.

What is the MOQ?

The minimum is 500 pcs per design and size. Confirm the chosen wrap and colour reference in the quotation; do not assume a colour is held as finished stock.
