Custom Electronics Packaging and Device Gift Boxes

Electronics packaging should distinguish retail presentation from the technical protection the device needs. A finished accessory, exposed component and battery-powered gift kit have different requirements. A fitted foam tray is not automatically ESD protective, and a rigid box does not settle battery-shipping obligations.

Gadget & Audio Programs

Arrange the Device and Accessories for Presentation

Map the device, cables, adapters and documents before deciding the opening sequence. Avoid force on connectors, buttons and fragile screens, and make regional adapter variants identifiable during packing. A common outer can simplify the range, but a changed accessory bundle may require a different tray and label. Put any ESD, battery or transport requirement into a separate, verifiable specification for the complete pack rather than inferring it from a foam colour or carton strength description.

Pack the actual device and accessories. Check connector clearance, screen contact, cable routing and the removal path. Confirm the model and regional contents against the carton label, then review the agreed transport pack and any required evidence separately.

For exposed boards, define the required ESD protection and verify the liner and completed pack against that specification. Use moulded wells to separate screens from accessories, and review window retail formats or auto-bottom accessory cartons for the selected product.

Magnetic-lid rigid is the flagship default; see also the modular insert system for multi-SKU kits.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you design the tray from our bill of materials?

Yes — send item list with dimensions; we prepare a layered tray layout defining the unboxing order, with timing confirmed after review.

Do you offer ESD-safe packaging?

Send the product sensitivity and required ESD performance. Liner and foam options need relevant test evidence, and the complete pack must meet the agreed protection specification; an anti-static description alone is insufficient.

Can the same design work retail and DTC?

The artwork can be coordinated, but compare the structural jobs separately. A window retail carton may need an outer shipper and a different restraint for individual parcels. Confirm which tray and device variants can genuinely stay common after the transport arrangement is added.

How do you protect screens in transit?

Moulded or cut supports can separate device faces from accessories. Agree any required packed-product testing and evidence for the exact device and transport configuration.

What is the MOQ?

500 pcs per design and size. Physical samples typically take 3–5 days to prepare.
