Start with the products that can genuinely share a structure. A common exterior may simplify the range, but every insert and product combination still needs review. List variants separately in the enquiry and identify which artwork or construction is shared so the quote makes setup, minimums and packing differences visible.

Before approving production, connect the quote to the final dieline, artwork and sample revision. Confirm the carton count and identification needed for each variant and record payment and dispatch terms in writing. On a reorder, state whether the construction is unchanged instead of relying only on the previous item name.

What Moves the Unit Price on a Bulk Order
Quantity per design and size
Setup costs are spread across the production quantity. Request matched quotes at several quantities for the same design and size; splitting an order across several designs or sizes introduces separate setup and minimum-order requirements.
Size and sheet use
Board and wrap paper are cut from fixed sheets; a few millimetres can change how many boxes fit per sheet. Start from the gift box size guide.
Print and finish
Quote decoration by the actual panels, coverage and process. A shared brand mark can help coordinate a range, but a different logo size or second print position can change setup and handling. Compare each optional finish separately before deciding which cost contributes to the intended presentation.
Insert and assembly
Include the work between receiving empty packaging and having a ready-to-ship set. Some inserts arrive formed, others require assembly; multi-item packs also need an agreed placement order. Test the packing method with the full contents and compare labour as well as material and freight.

Assembled or Flat-Pack for Bulk Freight
Request carton dimensions and quantities for the exact assembled and flat options. Then include destination forming and packing work in the comparison. A flat format can reduce stored volume but may move labour to your team, while an assembled box needs protection against rubbing and corner pressure throughout shipment.

What is the minimum order for wholesale gift boxes?
Custom wholesale orders start at 500 pcs per design and size for rigid, collapsible, mailer, paper-bag and folding-carton formats. The same minimum applies to first orders and reorders. List every design and size separately in the enquiry.
Can I order bulk gift boxes in several sizes at once?
Yes. Each design and size has its own 500-piece minimum. List every version, quantity and finish in one request so we can quote them together and confirm the production schedule.
How long does a bulk gift box order take?
Physical samples take 3–5 days. After you approve the sample, bulk production takes 15–25 days, then freight time to your destination depends on the shipping method and Incoterm you choose.
