What to Specify for a Magnetic Gift Box
Size and closure
Check the tallest packed point against the underside of the lid and the flap path, including lining and accessories. Open and close the loaded sample from the intended grip. A stronger magnet will not correct interference from an oversized insert or product. Interior size of the product plus insert, and whether you want a front flap or a full magnetic lid. Board and wrap
Select the core for the span and loaded weight, then assess the wrap at hinges, corners and flap edges. Repeated handling can reveal rubbing or cracking that is absent from a flat paper swatch. Insert
