Confectionery Programs
Plan Chocolate Trays and Storage Requirements
Work from the maximum piece dimensions, cups, wrappers and toppings. A common cavity may simplify packing but leave smaller pieces free to move; mixed cells suit varied assortments but need a clear pack-out map. For seasonal ranges, compare an adaptable tray and sleeve with an entirely new rigid box. Keep the decision about decorative foil separate from the layer actually touching the confectionery and from storage or delivery temperature control.
Load the production assortment in its actual cups or wrappers. Inspect topping clearance, movement, liner fit and the recipient's removal path. Review the selected contact materials for the food and time conditions rather than treating a generic paper declaration as sufficient.
Formats span the counter range: two-piece ribbon boxes for signature assortments, pyramid favors for events, heart boxes for Valentine, and matchbox sliders for 2–4 piece impulse buys.
Trays are cut per your praline diameters — not generic grids — with gold, brown or custom-food-contact colourways.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your chocolate boxes food-safe?
State the chocolate type, wrapping or liner, contact time, temperature and destination. Review the selected tray, coating, ink and adhesive documentation against those conditions, and agree any required migration testing before approval.
Can trays match my exact pralines?
Provide each praline's maximum footprint and height, including its cup and decoration. Agree the cavity fit and allowed movement on the loaded tray; neither a fixed half-millimetre tolerance nor the well count establishes protection against chipping.
Do you handle Valentine deadlines?
Work backwards from the Valentine arrival date. Allow 3–5 days for sampling after specification confirmation, 15–25 days for bulk after sample and artwork approval, and separate freight and approval time. No universal forty-five-day cut-off is assumed.
What about summer melting in transit?
Define the storage and delivery temperature conditions with the responsible food and logistics teams. A liner or closed rigid box should not be treated as validated thermal protection without appropriate finished-pack evidence.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs per design and size for rigid boxes and favour formats.
