What You Can Specify
Map each chocolate's maximum footprint and height, including cups, wrappers and toppings. A shared grid simplifies packing but may waste space around smaller pieces; mixed cells require a clearer assortment map. Consider whether the divider can be removed without lifting the chocolates and whether a lid pad could touch delicate decoration. Temperature management belongs to the wider product and distribution plan, not to a metallic-looking tray.
Load the real assortment in its intended primary cups or wrappers. Check contact with toppings, movement between cells, lid clearance and handling at the agreed storage conditions. Obtain the relevant material information for the actual contact layer.

Chocolate Gift Box with Gold Divider Tray FAQ
How many chocolates can the box hold?
The divider tray is cut from your chocolate dimensions, so the count follows your range: a single row, two rows or a full grid. Send the size of one piece and the number per box, and we lay out the tray and size the box around it.
Is the divider tray food-grade?
Confirm the tray, paper cups and liner from the actual packing method. Gold colour does not establish food-contact suitability. Review the material records for the food, temperature and contact time, then size the cavities to the packed chocolates.
Magnetic lid or lift-off lid?
The style shown has a magnetic lid that opens like a book. A lift-off lid and base suits stacked retail display. Both are rigid boxes and use the same tray.
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per design and size. A physical sample takes 3–5 days and bulk production typically 15–25 days after sample approval; freight time comes on top.
Do you fill the boxes with chocolate?
No. We make and ship the empty boxes and trays; chocolates are packed at your kitchen or fulfilment site.
