Coordinate Favor Formats and Event Delivery
Decide who fills, ties and labels each pack. A pyramid can create a distinctive favour but add folding and ribbon work; a gable can simplify carrying; a heart box may need a special insert for an irregular gift. Printed names, table numbers and dietary versions create sorting requirements that a common exterior alone cannot resolve. Confirm how packed units reach the venue and how staff recognise each version without opening them.
Assemble and fill several units using the intended team and materials. Check ribbon and label placement, favour removal and how boxes stack for delivery. Food contact and heat-sensitive contents need their own requirements; an attractive event pack does not supply them automatically.
The favor trio: pyramids for chocolates, hearts for jewellery-grade keepsakes, and gables guests carry out. Bridal-party tiers upgrade to velvet ribbon boxes for the top table.

Can every favor carry the couple's names and date?
Supply the final names, date and artwork method, then approve a proof before the production release. Variable guest names create a separate file and sorting task; confirm quantities, proofing and charges rather than assuming every unit can be changed at the same scope.
Can colours match our stationery suite?
Use a physical stationery reference where possible, then approve the box, ribbon and tissue as different substrates. A digital colour or shared name is a starting point, not a guarantee of identical appearance.
How far ahead should we order?
Work backward from the required delivery date: allow 3–5 days for sample preparation, typically 15–25 days for production after sample approval, plus artwork review, freight and a delivery buffer. Confirm the full schedule before ordering; expedited production or freight is subject to availability.
Do you pack favors by table?
Provide the seating-plan versions and quantities and request a defined table-sorting and labelling scope. Confirm who fills and sorts the favours and any associated charges; do not assume venue-ready bundles are included in the box price.
What is the MOQ?
The minimum order is 500 pcs per design and size for favor boxes and bridal-party packaging.
