Measure the product at the height where it will sit, not only across the base. A tall praline or small bottle can touch the narrowing walls before the box closes. Plan the ribbon path and apex closure together so decoration does not become the only structural fastener. An insert should locate the favour without hiding it or preventing the recipient from reopening the pack.
Erect and fill several samples, then open each in the intended sequence. Check the apex, bottom lock, ribbon holes and contact with the product. Review how the tapered boxes fit inside the delivery carton without crushing one another.
We build pyramids two ways: a premium rigid-board version with a wrapped finish for luxury gifting, or an efficient folding-carton version for high-volume favors. Both hold their crisp triangular edges and can carry a printed or foil-stamped insert tray for chocolates and pralines.
Finish the apex with a satin ribbon pull or a hidden magnet, and print the faces in full CMYK or Pantone with your monogram, names or date — perfect for branded campaigns and personalised events.
