Gable Construction, Handles and Printed Panels
Work backwards from how the filled box will be carried. A tall product can push into the roof folds; a broad food tray may restrict the locking sequence; a window can remove stiffness from a loaded panel. A flat-supplied construction saves storage but adds erection work. Compare a gable with a separate reinforced bag when the contents are heavy, uneven or difficult to keep upright.
Carry the fully loaded sample by its handle and place it down as a recipient would. Check handle edges, roof locks, base opening and product tilt. Include the food liner or internal tray in the review if it changes the load path.
We produce gable boxes in coated cardstock, natural kraft or corrugated board depending on weight and use, with a die-cut integrated handle that holds securely. Print full-bleed inside and out, add a window patch to show the product, or specify a coating or liner with evidence for the intended direct-contact bakery or food use.
