Building a Large Box That Holds Its Shape
Test the sample with all contents in place, including heavier accessories that can load a corner unevenly. Observe panel flex while lifting, the support under the insert and whether the lid remains aligned. Discuss the board and structure together: increasing thickness alone does not correct a poorly supported span.
