Custom Tea and Coffee Packaging for Retail and Gifts

Tea and coffee packaging should separate the product's barrier pack from the retail or gift outer. A paper tube, folding carton or rigid set box can organise and present the range, but does not establish freshness or aroma retention by appearance alone. Define the sealed product format first.

Roaster & Tea House Programs

Specify the Liner, Closure and Gift Format

Filled pouches can expand at the gusset, tins need removal clearance and ceramic brewing pieces need separate support. A discovery set also needs a clear product map so flavours and information remain accessible. Compare a refill-friendly outer with a permanently fitted set when repeat use matters. Any required barrier, liner or closure performance belongs to the actual primary pack and its stated conditions, not to a generic paper construction.

Pack sealed production pouches or tins and the intended accessories. Inspect compression, label visibility, cup-handle clearance and removal. Review odour and the selected contact layer where the outer or insert can contact the food or its primary pack.

The range runs single-SKU tubes, shelf cartons for pouched teas, discovery flights of 4–8 minis, and gift pairings with cups or filters seated in cut trays.

For subscription roasters, the tube + subscription mailer combination is the proven monthly format.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep aroma in?

Specify the required barrier and shelf-life conditions, then review the liner, seams and closure together. Ask for relevant finished-pack test evidence; aluminium foil or a PE-free label alone does not establish aroma retention.

Are lids resealable for daily use?

Push-fit lids can be considered for repeated use. Review the selected engagement, removal force and condition after the agreed number of openings with the actual product and liner.

Can you do compostable versions?

A PE-free liner and FSC board do not automatically make a tube compostable. Request evidence for the full construction, including coatings, adhesives and end caps, and confirm the stated composting conditions and facility acceptance.

Do discovery sets include tasting notes?

The buyer can supply tasting notes, origin information or brewing instructions for an agreed panel or card. Check readability and product-to-note matching after packing; a decorative outer should not obscure required information on the sealed food packs.

What is the MOQ?

500 pcs per design and size; list the quantity of each separate format.
