Hexagon Construction and Retail Display
Choose a regular or elongated hexagon from the actual contents. A round candle can use the central space efficiently, while a rectangular kit may leave inaccessible corners. Lift-off and magnetic lids create different opening and alignment tasks. Plan foil lines and continuous artwork across the corner joints early; a pattern that appears simple on a flat drawing can make small corner differences very visible.
Rotate the filled sample on a flat surface and check each corner and the lid seam. Assess rocking, lift-off grip and the way units nest in the shipping carton. Inspect the lining at all six joins rather than approving only the front face.
Ours are built from heavyweight greyboard (1.5–2mm) wrapped in your printed art paper, soft-touch or textured stock, so each of the six faces stays crisp and the corners sit sharp. Choose a lift-off telescoping lid or a hidden magnetic closure, with a custom-cut velvet, EVA or satin insert that cradles your product.
