What makes recycled kraft mailers sustainable?

Do not infer plastic-free construction, natural-environment degradation or compostability from brown paper or soy-based ink; substantiate each proposed claim for the actual material and disposal route.
What is the differences between bleached white kraft and natural brown kraft?
Brown and white-top kraft give different print backgrounds. Ask for the actual fibre composition, bleaching process and tear-strength specification for each grade; colour alone does not establish these properties. Compare the CMYK proof on the selected paper.
Does the dual self-seal tape help with customer returns?
Yes. Our recycled mailer has two parallel lines of high-tack hot-melt adhesive with the tearing ribbon running in the middle. The customer peels the first tape to ship to their destination, tears the strip to open, and uses the second tape to securely re-seal the box for returns or exchanges.

Yes. Tear strip mailer boxes describe the opening mechanism rather than a different structure. These recycled kraft mailers carry a tear strip alongside the dual self-seal tape covered above, which is what lets one box serve both the outbound shipment and a customer return.
