Custom Fast Food Packaging Sets for Restaurants

A coordinated fast-food range suits restaurants that need several pack formats to work together at service. The items still need different performance checks: a burger releases steam, fries release oil, and a drink has its own closure. Matching artwork does not make one material suitable for all three.

QSR Brand Systems

Coordinate Packaging Across the Menu

Build the brief from the menu and service sequence. Record serving temperature, portion size, holding time and whether the food is eaten immediately or delivered. Venting can reduce trapped steam but also release heat; a stronger barrier can affect folding and disposal choices. Compare the assembled set under the real service conditions before treating a stated holding time as a requirement that has been met.

Fill each format with the actual food and inspect it at the agreed intervals. Check leakage, softening, steam condensation, closure and the ability to carry the complete order. A claimed thirty-minute performance needs a defined food load and assessment, not a universal promise.

Set the performance checks for each item: steam release for burger boxes, grease resistance for fry sleeves and hot-food use for buckets. If a 30+ minute holding period is required, test it with the actual food, temperature and pack. Confirm the contact materials and applicable destination documentation for every item.

Related formats: the food-grade packaging box and carry-out gable boxes. Full category on the food packaging page.

Bespoke Options

Per-Item Engineering

Function first, family always:

Vented Burger Boxes

Compare vent placement with the actual burger and delivery time; moisture release and heat retention must be reviewed together.

30-Min Fry Sleeves

Specify the oil exposure and holding time, then inspect staining and stiffness with the actual serving.

Barrier Buckets

Barrier choices depend on the food temperature and oil load; confirm composition and the evidence for the selected contact layer.

Compostability Review

Check the complete construction and applicable test evidence before specifying a composting route; PE-free is not equivalent to compostable.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order the whole set matched?

The range can use a shared artwork and colour reference, but different papers and coatings can reproduce colour differently. Confirm the print route and approve physical samples for each component.

How long do fry sleeves hold oil?

No universal holding period is assumed. State the food, portion, serving temperature and required interval, then review staining and softening under those conditions.

Do burger boxes prevent soggy buns?

Vents can release steam but also affect heat retention. Compare the actual filled pack over the required delivery period rather than treating a time range as guaranteed performance.

Are materials food-safe and eco options available?

Confirm each selected ink, coating and contact layer for the intended food use and destination. Review compostability separately for the full article and stated disposal conditions; a PE-free barrier alone is insufficient.

What is the MOQ?

The minimum order is 500 pcs per design and size for each packaging item. Mixed sets can be quoted with the quantity of every component listed.
